📋 Description

• Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities • Review records for completeness and accuracy • Maintain and update records in internal systems • Track outstanding requests and follow up as needed • Ensure proper documentation and file organization • Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records when required • Communicate with providers and internal team members • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or a similar role preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or case management systems • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace • Must be located outside the United States
