📋 Description

• Analyze open-ended product and commercial business questions independently • Investigate account growth, retention, expansion, funnel performance, product usage, adoption, and engagement • Identify behaviors predicting long-term retention and expansion and recommend actions for Sales and Customer Success • Map customer workflows, feature adoption, and healthy account usage • Conduct original analyses that influence product or go-to-market decisions • Build dbt models and Looker views to support analyses and self-service insights • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership • Communicate findings clearly and drive action on recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics at fast-growing startups or scaleups, ideally B2B SaaS • Exceptional ability to reason through ambiguous business problems and make clear recommendations • Hands-on experience with product analytics and commercial analytics • Track record of driving an analytical agenda with minimal guidance • Strong SQL and professional experience with dbt and a BI tool • Strong command of Looker is a plus • Solid Python for analysis and scripting • Strong hands-on familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude Code • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms is a bonus • Experience in vertical SaaS, construction tech or procurement is a bonus • Experience with BigQuery is a bonus
