📋 Description

• Assist with onboarding junior analysts. • Assist with creating standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and updating as processes change. • Develop templates for system training. • Gather data from various sources including internal databases, external sources, surveys, and market research. • Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting data validation, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks. • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Conduct research and gather information from internal and external sources to support decision-making processes. • Develop and implement analytical models and tools to optimize business processes and performance. • Generate actionable insights by synthesizing data analysis findings with industry knowledge and business context. • Prepare and facilitate the presentation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. • Adhere to data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of related experience. • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis is preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights. • Technical Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is often required • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is preferred. • Certifications in relevant areas such as data analysis or business intelligence are a plus.
