📋 Description

• Serves as a key legal advisor supporting casualty claims, focusing on coverage analysis and strategy • Partners closely with claims professionals and leadership to evaluate policy coverage, assess legal risk, and guide resolution strategies on high-exposure and litigated matters • Provides expert interpretation of insurance policies, develops defensible coverage positions, and influences outcomes through proactive legal counsel • Oversees outside counsel on coverage-related litigation, ensuring alignment with company strategy, efficient case management, and effective cost control • Contributes to training, best practices, and consistency in coverage application across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training • Must have Claims Coverage experience • Must have passed the Bar exam.
