📋 Description
• Provide strategic leadership for food safety and quality assurance programs • Oversee SQF certification and regulatory compliance across facilities • Conduct facility inspections and manage audit responses • Develop training programs and maintain FSQA documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety and quality initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field • 7+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance • Strong knowledge of SQF, SMETA, and FDA regulations • Proven track record of managing quality assurance programs across multiple facilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel for site inspections and audits as required.
