📋 Description

• Lead focused, time-bound engagements with accounts needing support to adopt Coupa and realize value • Manage engagements end to end, from initial diagnosis through clean transition • Define engagement scope, activities, key deliverables, and success criteria with customers • Diagnose adoption barriers and identify root causes placing accounts at risk • Develop recovery plans and build momentum using disciplined project management • Configure the Coupa platform to resolve adoption barriers when needed • Run workshops providing technical, process, and workaround recommendations • Equip customers to track progress after the engagement concludes • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in customer success, consulting, implementation, solution advisory, or a comparable customer-facing role at a software or SaaS company • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software • Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken (C1 or above) • Strong consulting and engagement management skills • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing issues and driving measurable outcomes • Familiarity with Procurement, Procure-to-Pay, or spend management is a plus • Coupa or similar spend-management experience is preferred
