📋 Description

• Configure Dynamics 365 tables, schemas, data relationships, ingestion, and transformation logic • Implement customer matching, deduplication, and unique identification rules • Configure unified customer profiles in Customer Insights • Design and configure customer measures/KPIs using available Customer Insights data • Build and test dynamic customer segments based on agreed business rules • Prepare configuration and solution-design documentation • Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering customer-data-platform or single-customer-view implementations • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data • Strong knowledge of customer unification, matching, deduplication, and identity resolution • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data models and ingestion processes • Experience developing Customer Insights measures and high-volume segmentation • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data transformation, and integration architecture • Experience configuring digital advertising or audience-activation connectors • Strong documentation, stakeholder-management, and knowledge-transfer skills • Familiarity with digital advertising integration and customer-data privacy requirements • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Data, or Microsoft Fabric (preferred)
