📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate relocation and commercial move requests, from lead intake through booking • Confirm service details, check crew availability, generate accurate quotes, and coordinate with crews and points of contact • Monitor incoming leads via email, Hahdmin, and Ivinex • Maintain clear communication with points of contact using accurate, up-to-date templates • Track upcoming, ongoing, and past services via Slack and a follow-up/confirmation calendar • Generate orders in Hahdmin/Simplify and book qualified crews meeting service and cost requirements • Prepare and send accurate quotes and estimates • Conduct day-before and day-of crew confirmation calls and flag jobs at risk of running long • Attach required crew documentation, such as bills of lading, to orders and process invoices as needed • Respond to all inquiries within a 2-hour window • Build understanding of the Moving Service Provider network • Convert leads into booked orders while minimizing discounts and claims tied to MSP issues • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to help customers choose the right moving solution • Support MSP recruitment and development • Support other roles and departments as needed and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of US Customer Service experience is required • Experience in the Moving or Relocation Industry is preferred • Experience in Escalated or High-level customer support is preferred • Strong communication and rapport-building in English language skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven, with solid problem-solving skills • Comfortable with basic math and clear, professional written communication • Able to work full-time scheduled hours, including overtime as needed • Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, typing, and phone-based communication • Working headset and camera for calls and virtual meetings • Professional appearance appropriate for a remote office role • A quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
