📋 Description
• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis • Answer student questions about architectural drafting careers and the job search • Share real-world insight into what entry-level drafting roles actually look like • Discuss tools, workflows, and expectations in real drafting environments • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional drafting experience (architectural, construction, or design firms) • Strong working knowledge of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software • Understanding of entry-level roles like Architectural Drafter, CAD Technician, or Junior Designer • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday
