📋 Description
• Host a live, one-hour workshop on a monthly basis • Answer student questions about the electrical trade and job search • Share real-world insight into what entry-level electrician roles and apprenticeships actually look like • Provide optional 1:1 coaching to students who request it
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience as an electrician • Interest in mentoring and helping career changers enter the trades • Strong communication and teaching ability • Availability at least three evenings per week, ideally Tuesday–Thursday • Self-starter mindset — comfortable leading workshops independently
