📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Integrations and link strategy with execution • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand goals and priorities • Translate initiatives into detailed integration requirements • Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery of integrations • Monitor product and integration health post-release

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with one or more Student Information Systems (SIS) • 1–3 years as a Product Owner (or hybrid PO/BA) in an Agile environment • Experience authoring detailed technical requirements for APIs, database integrations, and system-to-system wiring • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies • Strong ability to communicate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and institutional stakeholders • Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with SaaS platforms in higher education is required
