📋 Description
• Ensure that our vision for flexible living comes to life efficiently and accurately • Translate conceptual designs and 2D sketches into detailed LOD 300/400 Revit models • Utilize AI-powered Revit plugins for rapid feasibility studies and space planning • Generate accurate documentation sets, including floor plans and elevations • Produce quick, AI-enhanced renders and 3D visualizations • Run clash detection reports to identify design conflicts early • Continuously research and implement new AI tools or Dynamo scripts
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Architecture • Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit • Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI tools for architecture • Strong knowledge of construction detailing and local building codes • Competency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Enjoy troubleshooting technical Revit issues
