• Own and evolve our global narrative and messaging framework • Turn complex concepts into simple, clear communication across channels • Lead messaging for brand campaigns, product launches and major updates • Own the brand video strategy for launches and key communication moments, and ensure a consistent video output across markets • Improve and maintain website and landing page clarity with Growth and Design • Support CEO and the Management team with strategic communication and brand narrative • Work with Sales on pitch materials and value messaging • Work with Product to ensure features are explained clearly and simply • Test and refine messaging to improve activation and conversion • Ensure communication across markets stays aligned, consistent, and efficient
• 6 to 10 years in strategic communication, product marketing, editorial, or similar roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or comparable fields • Outstanding written and verbal communication in English • Ability to take complex or technical concepts and turn them into simple and engaging explanations • Experience working with Product, Growth, Sales, and Design • Experience with market research, product launches, and value proposition development • Highly collaborative but able to work independently when needed • Comfortable with a fast moving environment and iterative work • Clear understanding of GTM, positioning, and how communication influences buying decisions in a B2B context • You’re data-informed, and care about the business impact of clear communication • AI-fluent: you use tools to scale, iterate, and improve clarity and efficiency • Able to connect the dots between Product → Value; Story → Market understanding; Product launches → Adoption; Sales → Proof
