⢠Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews ⢠Support the onboarding process for new hires ⢠Assist with HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining employee records and updating HR databases ⢠Organize employee engagement initiatives and events ⢠Contribute to HR projects and process improvements ⢠Provide general HR support as needed
đŻ Requirements
⢠Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate ⢠Strong organizational and time management skills ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ⢠Proficiency in Google Workspace ⢠Keen attention to detail ⢠Proactive and willing to take initiative ⢠Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ⢠Positive attitude and eagerness to learn ⢠Must be based in the Philippines
