📋 Description

• Independent commercial/administrative management and client support for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties • Primary point of contact for tenants and business partners, including correspondence with clients, authorities and service providers • Drafting, reviewing and amending lease agreements and addenda, as well as handling terminations • Property management including preliminary inspections, handovers, defect remediation and coordination of maintenance • Regular property inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and legal obligations • Close collaboration with the technical team and management of external service providers to improve service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a real estate agent/administrator (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management, preferably in commercial real estate • Ideally, experience working with SAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication skills; excellent written and spoken German • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Organized working style and enjoyment of teamwork
