• Administrative management of a defined property portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients • Active participation in portfolio development • Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc. • Handling termination processes • Conducting preliminary inspections, final inspections upon termination, and handovers after re-letting • Handling and resolution of defects • Regular property checks and responsibility for ensuring ongoing safety and compliance with legal safety obligations • Collaboration with the technical team • Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers/maintenance staff, tradespeople/contractors, etc.) • Continuous data maintenance
• Completed training as a Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management • Ideally experience with SAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
