📋 Description

• Overall technical responsibility for the property • Ensuring smooth technical operations, including operator responsibility • Management, quality assurance and continuous development of facility management (FM) service providers • Planning and implementation of refurbishment and modernization projects • Support for construction works and technical optimizations • Project and stakeholder management • Central interface between tenants, service providers and internal departments • Monitoring of schedules, budgets and quality standards • Technical reporting and asset preservation • Monitoring technical KPIs, energy consumption and maintenance strategies • Continuous development of the property in line with the asset strategy • Warranty and defect management • Documentation, tracking and consistent resolution of defects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Building Services/Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Real Estate Management) or demonstrable professional experience • Several years of professional experience in technical property management, construction or interior fit-out, or demonstrable relevant experience • Good knowledge of technical trades, construction processes and FM management • Confident handling of budgets, construction processes and vendor/service provider management • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured way of working • Enjoyment in managing and continuously developing a demanding property over the long term
