• Manage relationships with both new (outbound) and existing (inbound) construction material vendors. • Handle initial outreach (via email and phone) to potential vendors and pass warm leads for deeper engagement. • Maintain professional, accurate, and sensitive communication with vendors and partners. • Support procurement-related customer service as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or client relationship coordination. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setup. • Professional and courteous communication style when engaging with vendors and partners. • Experience in the construction or building materials industry. • Familiarity with CRM or vendor management tools. • Prior experience working with international clients or remote teams.
