📋 Description

• Define and steer your team’s technical vision in alignment with Cozey’s overall strategy. • Guide the execution of complex initiatives through sound architectural decisions and hands-on technical leadership. • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to identify real user and operational pain points. • Apply a problem-focused approach and strong business judgment to drive targeted technical efforts. • Proactively identify technical and operational gaps in your area and work with your team to address them. • Elevate technical standards through rigorous code reviews. • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. • Lead your team’s growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including designing scalable backend systems, ideally with TypeScript and Node.js. • 2+ years of experience as a hands-on technical lead or engineering manager, with a proven track record of building, growing, and leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments. • A strong customer and business orientation that guides your technical and people decisions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Demonstrated team management capabilities. • A genuine interest in mentoring and developing talent.
