🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development • Experience building scalable backend systems • Preferably using TypeScript and Node.js • 2+ years as a hands-on technical leader or engineering manager • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Customer and business-obsessed mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Demonstrated people leadership skills • Passion for mentoring and growing engineers
