📋 Description

• Conducting general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements • Identify, locate, document and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues • Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs • Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed. • Install service & perform approved repairs as requested. • Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel, etc. • Must be adaptable to constantly changing environments and work places • Complete required daily paperwork, such as on-line service documents, timesheets, etc. • Some Travel • There may be additional duties and responsibilities required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced on commercial roof systems as described above • Physically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairs • Maintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and compliance • Good computer skills helpful • Excellent communicator, both oral and written • Ideal candidate would have single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up, roof related sheet metal and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems experience. • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s License • Pass Drug Screen and Background Checks • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus • Must have personal tools for the trade
