📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, with a strong emphasis on SAP platforms. • Create, standardize, and document reusable pipeline blueprints (CI/CD catalogue components). • Automate existing manual deployment and remediation processes. • Define and embed DevSecOps best practices, including security and compliance checks. • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support on-prem (VMware) and cloud (GCP / Kubernetes) environments. • Establish governance and best practices for enterprise-wide DevOps adoption. • Act as a technical leader and mentor for the DevOps task force.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD (designing, building, and scaling pipelines). • Proven experience working with SAP environments (SAP on-prem or SAP on cloud). • Experience in defining and implementing CI/CD blueprints / templates / reusable components. • Solid knowledge of VMware (on-prem) environments. • Experience with Kubernetes and GCP is a strong advantage. • Background in DevOps / DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks. • Strong leadership, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
