📋 Description

• Are you energized by leading high-impact technical projects that drive transformation? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client relationships? We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives to lead complex engagements for enterprise clients. • In this role, you’ll act as the strategic and executional hub of multi-disciplinary teams, guiding our clients through technical transformations. You'll flex across technical conversations with engineers and architects, executive briefings with client stakeholders, and hands-on management of project scope, financials, and delivery milestones. • This is an ideal role for someone who has a consulting mindset, technical aptitude, and thrives in fast-paced, solution-oriented environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project or delivery management, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment • Proven track record managing Atlassian cloud migration projects, software development efforts, or large-scale IT initiatives • Strong understanding and experience with Atlassian tools — Jira, Confluence, JSM, plugins • Solid tech background — developer/architect experience is a plus: OOP principles, SOLID, Patterns/antipatterns, Databases, Server administration, TCP/IP stack, Modern technologies stack • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to switch contexts between technical teams and business leaders with ease • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies • Ability to lead with empathy, influence without authority, and foster collaboration in fast-moving environments
