📋 Description
• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. • Define clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables. • Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope, adhering to quality standards. • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication. • Maintain transparency with stakeholders through regular updates. • Lead change request processes, ensuring minimal disruption and operational efficiency. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks before escalation. • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability. • Maintain fortnightly internal project status reports. • Provide structured customer reporting to manage expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including delivery of large-scale Digital Banking and/or Payments programmes involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory constraints. • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Experience in banking, payments, or software systems is a plus. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
