📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the squad, guiding engineers on complex solutions • Directly contribute to implementation decisions and the definition of coding standards • Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices • Lead foundational initiatives (enablers) and technical debt remediation • Support architectural decisions in collaboration with architects and stakeholders • Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of deliverables • Define and maintain technical standards, documentation, and development guidelines • Communicate on technical matters with international teams (in English)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field • Strong experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles • Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development • Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, and APIs • Hands-on experience with code reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices • Knowledge of security technologies and standards, including OAuth2/OIDC and JWT • Experience working in highly complex environments and digital platforms • Advanced English proficiency for professional communication
