📋 Description

• Create 3D product models from concepts, sketches, reference images and dimensions • Produce product renders, including white-background images, colour and material variations, and simple lifestyle scenes • Edit and enhance product images through retouching, background removal, colour correction, compositing and detail refinement • Create product graphics, decorative elements, patterns, simple illustrations and other visual assets • Design product packaging, labels, instruction manuals and related printed materials • Apply brand and IP elements consistently across products, graphics and packaging • Revise product shapes, colours, materials, patterns and visual details based on feedback • Create visual materials for catalogues, e-commerce listings, presentations and customer proposals • Organise and maintain 3D models, product images, packaging files and other design assets • Support an Australia-based children’s furniture business

🎯 Requirements

• Philippines-based candidate • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or another relevant design-related field • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in product visual and 3D design • Proficiency in at least one relevant image-editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo • Ability to perform image retouching, background removal, colour adjustment, image compositing, material replacement and general visual enhancement • Proficiency in one or two relevant graphic-design programs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, CorelDRAW or Affinity Designer • Ability to create product graphics, patterns, decorative elements, simple illustrations, packaging, labels and instruction manuals • Proficiency in one or two relevant 3D-modelling/rendering programs, such as Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max or SketchUp • Ability to create and modify 3D product models and produce high-quality renders from concepts, sketches, reference images and basic dimensions • Strong sense of product form, colour, materials and visual composition • Ability to independently complete image editing, graphic design, 3D modelling and product rendering tasks • Good visual understanding of timber, engineered board, plastic, fabric and metal • Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable with multiple rounds of revisions • Ability to manage multiple product tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Ability to understand design briefs accurately and communicate clearly • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • Well-organised in managing design files and assets • Availability Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Melbourne time • Preferred: furniture design or visualisation, IP-based products, packaging design, product ranges, prototype or mass-production experience, AI tools
