📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions • Bridge business needs with scalable service offerings and successful delivery strategies • Design high-value service solutions that optimize deal success, revenue realization, and project profitability • Responsible for pre-sales service alignment, SOW development, and service presentations • Work closely with Sales and Services Teams to provide advice regarding the most appropriate implementation approach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) required • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or Account Management • Advanced knowledge of the effort and process for implementation to inform the nature of the Statements of Work for Implementation, Upgrade, Reimplementation and/or Company Site addition Projects • 5+ years of experience of manufacturing systems expertise is required, Epicor or similar • 5+ years of direct manufacturing experience • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Vizio, Outlook, and Teams • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagements
