📋 Description

• Conduct professional conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. • Provide information regarding available learning pathways and support general enquiries using established communication guidelines. • Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication, active listening, and a professional approach to participant engagement. • Utilize digital platforms including Zoom, CRM systems, email, and online communication tools to support workflow management, maintain records, and complete day-to-day administrative activities. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities focused on communication, leadership capability, and role-specific knowledge. • Manage responsibilities independently while following established systems, operational processes, and communication standards within a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build professional relationships and rapport • Well-organized and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Confident using digital communication tools and online systems • Interest in leadership development, professional growth, and lifelong learning
