📋 Description

• Create professional and visually engaging presentations for internal initiatives, potential clients, and business events; • Design marketing materials - banners, key visuals, and promotional assets for web, email, SMM, and PPC campaigns; • Develop original graphic concepts and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects; • Create aesthetic and functional web page designs aligned with usability and UX/UI principles; • Prepare print-ready materials; • Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in design; • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint; • Experience working with at least one AI design tool (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.); • Solid understanding of brand books and visual communication principles (colour, typography, composition, and design theory); • Basic understanding of UX/UI and usability principles; • Ability to work within and maintain a design system; • Experience with Jira; • Proven ability to generate creative, on-brand ideas aligned with marketing and design trends; • Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity in managing tasks; • Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
