📋 Description

• Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes • Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning (FKA Adaptive Insights) and models • Act as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, by providing presentations of consolidated data with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial results • Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior • Liaise with business, operations, and controllership where necessary to gather insights on performance • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream departments • Approve payment requests, ensuring amounts are budgeted for and are within the approved amounts • Make thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience of FP&A experience desired • Fluency in written and conversational English • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and FP&A tools and software (Workday Adaptive Planning a plus) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to independently resolve issues and problem-solve successfully while working on multiple priorities • Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work.
