📋 Description

• Development of architectural solutions and development of prototypes together with the team. • Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of development processes, their optimization, and improvement. • Implementation of innovative tools, approaches, and standards in product development. • Facilitation of team meetings (backlog refinement, sprint review (demo), planning). • Execution of backlog tasks: pair programming, development, consultations on complex tasks). • Control of the work of the incident team on the 4th line, responsibility for resolving incidents within the framework of the SLA. • Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software according to specifications and requirements. • Collaborating with stakeholders, product managers. • Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and system tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of overall programming experience, strongly focusing on .Net. • 1 year of experience in a leadership/mentor role. • 2+ years of experience with Web applications. • Knowledge of OOP, C#, and .NET. • EntityFramework, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core., NUnit, Mock. DOM, CSS/SASS. • Experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle). • English level - Upper-Intermediate (spoken and business writing) or higher.
