📋 Description

• Lead and execute web-design and and scalable design systems, ensuring visual consistency and usability; • Collaborate with product and development teams to deliver user-centered, functional, and visually compelling web experiences; • Contribute to presentation and communication design projects by transforming complex ideas into clear, visual narratives. • Provide guidance and review the development of banners, advertising creatives, and other marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and visual quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic and web design; • Proven track record of leading projects from brief to delivery; • Expert-level proficiency in Figma skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.); • Proven experience in creating and improving scalable design systems; • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and visual communications; • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS; • Experience with Jira; • Organized, proactive, and reliable with a focus on quality and accountability; • Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
