📋 Description

• Advise clients on technical solutions and strategies. • Guide developers and/or take on project coordination for smaller development projects. • Design architectures and plan implementation approaches. • Develop modern, dynamic web applications, for example based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or web applications incorporating AI technologies. • Implement backend logic using Java and Spring. • Implement frontends with React and Next.js. • Integrate backend services using REST / GraphQL. • Perform code reviews and quality assurance. • Apply agile processes and methodologies. • Provide guidance and facilitate knowledge transfer to colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to deliver successful projects together. • Clear, open, and respectful communication. • Interest in leadership and the coordination of people. • At least 2 years' experience coordinating development projects in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect. • At least 5 years' experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Spring. • Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React. • Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia. • Optional: expertise in web application development with Java. • Experience applying artificial intelligence in consulting, development, and customer solutions. • Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context. • Deep knowledge of software architectures. • Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, CI/CD).
