📋 Description

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve AI systems • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI functionalities into existing applications • Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and tweak as necessary • Provide technical support to other teams in utilizing AI solutions effectively • Document development processes, model designs, and results to ensure reproducibility and efficiency • Participate in code reviews and share best practices with the team • Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the AI initiatives within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role in artificial intelligence development • Strong proficiency in Python, Conversational AI, AI data pipelines, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch • Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying AI solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Passion for technology and commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements
