📋 Description

• Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for new features, launches, and community initiatives. • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and differentiation based on audience insights and market research. • Collaborate with product and growth teams to identify customer pain points, use cases, and market opportunities. • Develop compelling marketing assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, pitch decks, and promotional content. • Lead competitive and market analysis to ensure Rise92’s offerings are strategically positioned. • Partner with content, PR, and design teams to craft thought leadership and product narratives. • Drive user acquisition and engagement campaigns across digital, community, and partner channels. • Support event marketing, partnerships, and PR efforts tied to product milestones and ecosystem launches. • Analyze product adoption metrics and campaign performance to optimize messaging and positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or platform marketing, ideally in SaaS, community platforms, or tech ecosystems. • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, tech products, and digital GTM strategies. • Proven track record in driving measurable growth through positioning, GTM, or integrated campaigns. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with an ability to translate technical products into simple, compelling messages. • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Google Analytics, and product analytics platforms. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, marketing, and brand teams.
