📋 Description

• Accurately record day-to-day banking and credit card transactions in financial books. • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. • Record bills and invoices, and maintain records of outstanding invoices and vendor bills. • Enter general journal entries as needed. • Reconcile vendor and customer statements to align records with external statements. • Record month-end accruals to ensure up-to-date financial statements. • Assist in recording and processing payroll transactions. • Prepare and maintain prepaid expense schedules. • Maintain an up-to-date fixed assets register. • Reconcile inventory records with physical counts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting preferably with US clients. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with QuickBooks or other similar accounting software is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus. • Flexible to work Shift hours 6 PM - 3 AM Pakistan time
