📋 Description

• Design scalable software architecture • Build production-ready full-stack applications • Lead technical execution across projects • Mentor experienced engineers through code reviews and technical discussions • Drive engineering quality and best practices • Integrate AI tools into everyday development workflows • Improve deployment pipelines and developer productivity • Collaborate directly with founders on product direction • Work directly with the founder and significantly impact products, engineering culture, and technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building real SaaS products used by customers • Enjoy writing code every day • Experience leading technical projects from idea to production • Ability to take ownership • Confidence making architectural decisions • Daily use of AI coding tools • Enjoyment of mentoring senior engineers • Commitment to clean software over trendy technologies • Production software must have been shipped personally • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment • Not seeking an Engineering Manager position • Willingness to work hands-on rather than primarily managing
