• Lead the strategy and execution of consumer-focused email and SMS campaigns • Design and manage targeted marketing journeys that engage consumers at critical points in the car-buying lifecycle • Develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS • Create cohesive marketing journeys for prospective car buyers • Map and identify key moments in the car buying process • Partner with product and marketing team members to market vehicle inventory • Build segmentation and audience strategies using first-party and behavioral data • Collaborate with analytics to measure campaign performance • Manage campaign builds within marketing automation platform • Present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing roles • Proven track record managing multi-stage or multi-channel consumer lifecycle campaigns • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment • Proficient in at least one marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Iterable, Braze, or similar) • Familiarity with CRM systems, testing tools, customer data platforms, and analytics tools
