• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups • Generate new business opportunities by outbound phone calls and emails • Responsible in the B2B space setting appointments with C-level execs in PH • Produce the required number of appointments per week/month
• 3 years of working experience in cold-calling, sales prospecting, customer service and setting appointments • BPO experience is an advantage and with Pipedrive knowledge is a plus • Received awards and promotion for B2B sales appointment setting with C-level executives with verifiable track record meeting KPIs • Familiarity with group Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mailer Lite) • Knows CRM Customer Relationship Management Software (e.g., Pipedrive) • Strong customer success background • Solid experience in a multinational /foreign BPOs • Experience in banking, accounting or finance-related companies • Graduate in any 4-year course • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • At least 3 years working experience as Appointment setter, Customer Service Specialist or a related field
