📋 Description

• Assist with the company’s financial planning and control. • Analyze data and prepare reports. • Support billing activities, including issuing and tracking sales and service invoices. • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. • Perform bank and financial reconciliations. • Process financial entries and perform financial reviews and controls. • Monitor payments, collections, and due dates. • Review invoices and documents related to financial operations. • Support the review of tax withholdings on supplier and customer invoices. • Support the financial close for group companies for submission to accounting. • Prepare and update Excel-based controls and reports. • Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide assistance and support to employees and other departments with financial requests. • Prioritize and respond efficiently to urgent requests. • Collaborate with different companies and departments across the group. • Use Excel to optimize processes and increase productivity. • Contribute to strategic decision-making under supervision.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Intermediate II proficiency in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, charts, and related features. • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with management systems and financial KPIs. • Basic knowledge of Power BI or another data visualization tool. • Experience with the Omni ERP system. • Experience with the Ploomes system. • Problem-solving skills. • A systemic and analytical perspective. • Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity, objectivity, and adaptability. • Strong organization, discipline, and priority-management skills. • Proactivity, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. • Emotional intelligence to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with different profiles. • Flexibility and strong teamwork skills. • Easy access to the Paraíso Metro station area.
