• Responsible for the product’s evolution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, company strategy and technical execution. • Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring clarity for the development team. • Translate strategic objectives and business needs into initiatives, user stories and clear requirements. • Lead discovery activities, including hypothesis definition, problem analysis and opportunity identification. • Collaborate with design, engineering and data teams to develop high-impact solutions. • Define and track product success metrics, monitoring performance and results. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, ensuring continuous alignment. • Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team’s workflow organization. • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency. • Support the development of the product vision and the evolution of the strategic roadmap.
• Bachelor’s degree. • Solid experience in managing digital products or working as a Product Owner / Product Manager. • Experience working with agile, multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, data and business). • Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs and tracking deliveries. • Experience translating business and user needs into clear requirements for development teams. • Experience with product discovery and hypothesis validation. • Experience with product metrics and data-driven decision making. • Experience interacting with stakeholders across different areas and organizational levels. • Experience in the financial market is desirable.
