📋 Description
• Own financial forecasting, planning, and reporting • Set the planning calendar and operating rhythm across the company • Build the board package and turn results into a narrative • Lead monthly variance and flux analysis • Partner with GTM, R&D, and product finance teams • Build out the finance team into focused functional areas
🎯 Requirements
• Built and run FP&A in high-growth technology or SaaS businesses • Scaled finance from roughly $100M to $300M to $1B in revenue • Built AI workflows and tested new tools • Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, forecasting, and scenario planning • Experience managing teams of four to ten employees • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
