📋 Description

• Support the Information Security team’s agility and efficiency journey. • Ceremony Facilitation: organize and run daily stand-ups (Dailies), sprint plannings (Plannings), reviews (Reviews) and retrospectives for the team, ensuring timebox and focus. • Impediment Removal: identify bottlenecks and assist the team in resolving blockers that affect task progress (e.g., dependencies with infrastructure or development teams). • Team Metrics: collect and help analyze basic flow metrics to help the team identify improvement opportunities. • Team Protection: shield the team from external distractions or abrupt scope changes during the delivery cycle (Sprint), helping to maintain focus in high-demand scenarios. • Team Support: participate in supporting Information Security Audit, Governance and Business Continuity processes in the Information Security area.

🎯 Requirements

• Entry-level agility certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I, ASF or Lean Kanban University). • Degree or current student in IT, Cyber Defense, Information Security or related fields. • Previous experience in infrastructure, information security, support or technology teams. • Knowledge of and some practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). • Basic familiarity with workflow management tools (Jira or similar). • Ability to organize information and produce simple visual reports on the health of the team’s deliveries. • Familiarity with Information Security, especially Information Security Audits, Governance and Business Continuity.
