🎯 Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. • Proven Experience: Solid experience in the financial market, preferably with payments and receivables products. • Product Mindset: Strong market analysis skills and the ability to identify members' needs (both explicit and implicit). • Initiative and Leadership: Proactivity and ownership to take initiative, identify problems, and take responsibility for deliverables. • Communication and Collaboration: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with different audiences (technical teams, business stakeholders, executives) and build productive relationships. • Curiosity and Learning: Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies, agile methodologies, and adapt to ongoing market changes.
