📋 Description

• Quality-culture advocate, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and transparency within the team • Create and review quality documentation (strategy, progressive/regression test plans, and evidence reports) • Strategic perspective on software testing, including test automation • Analyze acceptance criteria and user stories • Write and record/document bugs and test cases • Create and execute manual and automated test scenarios (back-end and mobile) • Report progress, risks, and issues in project delivery • Actively participate in team ceremonies (refinements, planning, etc.) • Collaborate with the development team to identify process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience as a Test Analyst • Strong experience in testing processes: manual, exploratory, load, regression, functional, and non-functional testing • Experience developing test automation in Java (RestAssured) and Playwright • Experience with performance testing (k6 and/or JMeter) • Experience with test and defect management tools • Experience with relational databases and writing SQL scripts • Experience with code versioning using Git • Agile mindset (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Desired experience with Maestro or Appium (mobile automation) • Cloud computing experience (Azure) • Experience in the financial sector • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) • Experience with GitLab • BDD (behavior-driven development) — building scenarios based on expected user behavior • Software testing certifications (e.g., CTFL, CTAL, or others)
