📋 Description

• Research and verify hotel ownership details using platforms such as CoStar, LexisNexis, and ClientLook • Update and maintain CRM records with accurate property ownership and contact information • Conduct cold calls to hotels and ownership groups to confirm or obtain missing data • Assist in creating marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and simple graphics to support outreach and investor engagement • Collaborate with the marketing and brokerage teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective data-driven communication

🎯 Requirements

• Strong research and communication skills, with confidence in making cold calls • Experience using Excel and CRM systems; familiarity with CoStar or LexisNexis is a plus • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred) • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Interest in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
