📋 Description

• Reviewing and coding medical records accurately (CPT, ICD-10) • Submitting clean claims and resolving denials • Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on unpaid claims • Ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements • Identifying and fixing revenue leakage issues

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in medical billing and coding • Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and billing practices • Experience with EHR/EMR and billing platforms • Understanding of insurance and claims processes • Individuals who prioritize speed over accuracy • Those unfamiliar with compliance and billing standards • Candidates who prefer repetitive tasks without problem-solving
