📋 Description

• Independently execute paid search programs through all stages, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, testing, and adjustment of keywords, ad copy, and landing pages. • Closely monitor paid search campaigns, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance. • Deliver accurate and insightful reporting that aligns with and achieves our client’s goals and objectives. • Understand the program strategy and objectives to ensure alignment with execution and reporting approaches. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning for paid search programs. • This role does not involve Ad Operations responsibilities, and candidates with only AdOps experience, even if including Search, will not meet our criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience independently executing paid search programs through all stages • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare category • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing mechanisms and optimization techniques • Experience with the US market • Fluent English – written and oral • Understanding of metrics and analytical thinking • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Excel • Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge and experience using Tableau • Experience in leading a team
