📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into the sales pipeline, SBDR workflow, and prospect journey. • Implement AI-powered tools for lead gen, qualification, outreach, and forecasting. • Build and maintain automated workflows using AI platforms and integrations. • Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for automation and improvement. • Identify and integrate automations in the lead (MQL) handoff workflow from Marketing to Sales. • Implement AI solutions that improve lead scoring, pipeline management, and follow-ups. • Optimize HubSpot workflows with AI-assisted automation. • Integrate AI tools with HubSpot and the VOIP system (RingCentral). • Connect sales tools to AI platforms via APIs, automation tools, and workflow platforms such as Zapier and N8N. • Ensure seamless data flow across sales, marketing, and analytics platforms. • Use AI models to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights. • Develop dashboards and reports to track AI-driven sales performance. • Continuously test and optimize AI systems to improve conversion rates. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align AI tools with business goals. • Train sales teams on AI tools and automated workflows. • Document integration processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with sales operations, CRM systems, or sales automation. • Experience with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, N8N, or similar AI APIs. • Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or similar. • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience implementing AI-powered sales assistants or chatbots. • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design. • Experience with sales analytics and forecasting tools. • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or low-code automation platforms.
