📋 Description

• Develop and implement sales outreach strategies to attract and qualify potential clients • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, understanding their needs and establishing rapport • Partner with the sales team to design and execute tailored prospecting campaigns • Build and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel • Craft persuasive, customized email content aimed at increasing engagement and conversions • Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results • Conduct market research to discover new outreach opportunities and trends • Keep CRM platforms updated with lead interactions and campaign progress • Provide regular reports on sales activities and email campaign outcomes • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or email marketing • Proven success in planning and executing email campaigns • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) • Strong knowledge of lead generation and qualification best practices • Data-oriented with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • - **Internet Connection:** • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • - **Primary Device:** • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • - **Backup Device:** • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • - **Peripherals and Workspace:** • - A functioning **webcam**. • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
